I love PoolTek! They have been servicing my pool since I bought my house and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for worry-free pool care.  They have consistently high service, are always willing to answer any questions thoroughly, have convenient online payments, and are always responsive.  I was out of town when Milton was barreling towards Florida and couldn’t take care of draining my pool in anticipation of the storm.  I reached out to pooltek asking them if they could do so for me.  Within several hours of my leaving a voicemail, they had a technician at my house draining my pool.  Truly fantastic service for which I am happy to leave a five star review!

We inherited an older pool with our home purchase and it has had lots of little issues that needed to be addressed.  Our old pool company wouldn't address any of them even when I pointed out issues.  Switched to Pooltek and they have all been fixed with speed and best of all a fair price.  Whenever I have a problem or question, I can contact them (and by them, I mean you are communicating directly with Trey the owner) any time and the issue is addressed immediately.  The techs are all friendly and patient with us first time pool owners.

I used pooltek to fix plumbing and replace my hottub heater. First thing, out of 5 companies this was the only one to come out to my house on time and leave me with an actual estimate. Second they followed up with me and did everything possible to earn my business. Dan was not a pushy salesman but is a straight shooter. He fixed everything I needed. I recommend this company.
